As our Office Manager/Insurance Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and productivity of our EU Head Office. Reporting directly to the CEO and Chief of Staff, you will have an impact on the company by efficiently managing various administrative tasks and providing personalized assistance.
Job responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage filing systems, organize bills/receipts for accounting, assist with expense reports and record keeping, handle ad hoc requests and special projects.
  • G Suite Management: Manage Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, assist with scheduling and calendar entries, manage contacts and updates, triage and respond to emails.
  • Technology/Platform Management: Manage tasks and projects in Asana, provide basic IT support and liaise with IT team.
  • Orders/Consumables: Order office, kitchen, and personal items, manage delivery and stock.
  • Travel: Book flights, hotels, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Personal Errands: Facilitate personal errands like purchases and deliveries, assist with managing personal bill payments.

This role is ideal for WINNERS with a robust understanding of the Canadian property market and a proven track record in business development, particularly in partnering with large REITs and property management companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by promoting our unique residential rental solutions to property owners and managers, aiming to enhance their operational efficiency and profitability.
Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian rental market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships and evaluate customer needs.
  • Seek out new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless solution delivery.
